I was born in Lamesa Texas, but soon departed for other areas of the beautiful South West. I spent all my school years in Iraan Texas, where I graduated from Iraan High School in 1944. I graduated from Texas Tech in 1955 majoring in Civil Engineering. Currently I live in Sun City, near Phoenix Arizona. This is a unique area that suites me perfectly.

My hobbies include fishing and hunting, but most my spare time is spent with the Diamond Club. This is an organization located in Peoria that helps promote and care for the Peoria Sports Complex, the spring home of the Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres.

As a member of the Shriners, I have held various posts including President of the Great Falls Montana Shrine Club and Sun City Arizona Shrine Club. I also helped organize several Shriner parades when I lived in Montana, where I rode my Arabian and Quarter Horses. A lot of my volunteer time in Montana was spent working on the East-West Shrine football game and interviewing youngsters as possible patients in the Shrine Hospital.

Some of my most memorable times were spent as a teenager earning the Eagle Badge with the Boy Scouts of America. Later while my son Scooter was a Scout and was earning his Eagle Badge, I received the Silver Beaver Award for my service to the organization.

After moving to Arizona, my career in real estate has been very rewarding, allowing me to meet people from all over the united states. I enjoy the daily opportunities it affords me to communicate with other professionals in the industry and the clients and prospective clients I come in contact with.
